Item #236782 is actually the ‘SMALL’ grid for the Precis 1 ¾ low divide reversible sink and the item #236783 is the ‘LARGE’ grid.  Please have your employees correct their book.

Here’s what I know:

  1. The Availability is improving. Wolf and Cove is Available, most before the holidays. Pro Refrigeration, Designer Undercounter, Designer UC Wine are all available now. Designer Drawers and all other Tall refrigeration except Pro availability is 7 to 10 months.
  2. Update on Classic Over-n-Under & French Door is the hold has been lifted. The result is improved customer order dates.
  3. Changes were made October 16th in ComNet.
  4. Legacy Wine – 10% off

As we approach the festive season, we want to share some crucial information that will impact your ordering process. The Designer Doorware factory and office in Melbourne will be temporarily closed for the holidays, affecting order processing and lead times. Please take note of the following dates:

Factory and Office Closure Dates:Closing: December 22, 2023 (at noon)
Reopening: January 15, 2024
Please note that orders placed after the specified dates below will have an approximate 4-week lead time extension due to the closure of our external suppliers during the holiday season.

All existing orders in our system that exceed these dates will also be extended.

We understand the importance of timely deliveries to you and your customers, and we would like to encourage you to plan your orders accordingly to avoid any delays.
