IMPORTANT REMINDER
Please let your customers know that our lead times are as follows:
4 – 6 weeks for standard product
8 – 10 weeks for custom product
Cad drawings typically take 4-5 weeks to produce (this is the longest part of the process). Make sure your customer knows this ahead of time so there are no surprises as we get into the process.
