Please see the links below to the new 2025 Bathroom Price List effective 1st January 2025.

We’ve added two more new finishes; Anthracite ANT and Old Brass Matt OBM.

The One Hundred Collection incorporates a new spout design and, as the range has grown, we have created two distinct groupings with their own section: Luxe and Modern.

A number of additional shower ancillaries have been added to each collection.

Waterworks Holiday Schedule & Important Cutoff Times

In observance of the upcoming Thanksgiving Holiday, the Waterworks Support Center and Distribution Center will be closing at the following times next week: Wednesday, November 27th,and remain closed through Friday, November 29th.

  • The Distribution Center will be closing on 11/27 at 2:00PM ET
  • The Support Center will be closing on 11/27 at 3:00PM ET
    • Service Queues will be closed at 3:00PM ET
  • Please reach out to your Regional Team through the group emails with questions

Distribution Center shipping cutoff times are as follows:

  • The cutoff for expedited shipments, including service levels 2-day and overnight, will be at 12:00P ET on Tuesday, November 26th 
  • Expedited requests need Regional approval BEFORE the PO is submitted

The company will resume regular business hours Monday, December 2nd. If you need assistance during the break, please text Melinda Ness (970.309.8499).

Samuel Heath – New Anthracite Finish & 2025 Pricing Information

As you know in recent times we have launched 4 new finishes – Amber Brass (AMR), Antique Brass Gloss (ABG), Old Brass Matt (OBM) and Anthracite (ANT). All have been really well received with the design community and are starting to be specified. 
 
The new Anthracite finish is the latest to launch and I have attached some images of some of the photography you will begin to see on social media platforms etc. The below article is a good read on the finish process for Anthracite (ANT):

New Finish booklets

We have increased the size of our finish swatches and added all the new finishes. They make for a luxurious impressive offering and A&D firms love them! Let me know if there are any new firms that should be specifying Samuel Heath that may not have our finishes currently and we can get some new finish sets sent out directly to them.

2025 price increases

Unfortunately, there will be a price increase starting in January 2025. It varies by product group but the below is a good summary of what to expect:

Bathroom Pricing:

 +3% on lavatory faucets
+3% on flush plates V171, V172
+4.5% on other products (shower trims/tub fillers etc.), some roughs may be higher
+6% on accessories


+5% Architectural Hardware

Thank you for making 2024 another successful year! As the holiday season approaches, we would like to notify you of our office and warehouse schedule.  Please be sure to plan accordingly.

Nov. 28th – Nov 29th 2024: Office and warehouses closed.



Dec. 6th, 2024: Last day Duravit will accept returned goods.  RGA returns and requests after this date will be processed in 2025.

FONTANA:
Dec.19th, 2024: Last day for order entry for Fontana warehouse.

Dec. 23rd, 2024: Last day of shipping for Fontana warehouse for 2024.

Dec. 26th – Dec. 31st, 2024: Fontana warehouse closed.

ATLANTA:
Dec. 24th – 25th, 2024: Atlanta warehouse & office closed.

Dec 30th, 2024: Last day for order entry for Atlanta warehouse.

Dec 31st, 2024: Last day of shipping for Atlanta warehouse for 2024.

January 1st, 2025: Office and warehouses closed.

January 2nd, 2025: Business / Shipping resumes (Atlanta & Fontana).

To ensure you have adequate inventory, we encourage you to review your inventory needs early in December and get your orders in as soon as possible.
