New Finish booklets
We have increased the size of our finish swatches and added all the new finishes. They make for a luxurious impressive offering and A&D firms love them! Let me know if there are any new firms that should be specifying Samuel Heath that may not have our finishes currently and we can get some new finish sets sent out directly to them.

2025 price increases
Unfortunately, there will be a price increase starting in January 2025. It varies by product group but the below is a good summary of what to expect:
Bathroom Pricing:
+3% on lavatory faucets
+3% on flush plates V171, V172
+4.5% on other products (shower trims/tub fillers etc.), some roughs may be higher
+6% on accessories
+5% Architectural Hardware
