Waterworks Holiday Schedule & Important Cutoff Times

In observance of the upcoming Thanksgiving Holiday, the Waterworks Support Center and Distribution Center will be closing at the following times next week: Wednesday, November 27th,and remain closed through Friday, November 29^th.

• The Distribution Center will be closing on 11/27 at 2:00PM ET
• The Support Center will be closing on 11/27 at 3:00PM ET
  • Service Queues will be closed at 3:00PM ET
• Please reach out to your Regional Team through the group emails with questions

Distribution Center shipping cutoff times are as follows:

• The cutoff for expedited shipments, including service levels 2-day and overnight, will be at 12:00P ET on Tuesday, November 26^th 
• Expedited requests need Regional approval BEFORE the PO is submitted
