Keuco Shipping Update
Dear Keuco Clients,
To assist our clients with business planning, orders for the Keuco Bath Vanities should be placed no later than November 3, 2016 in order to ship before the end of 2016.
This applies to Royal Reflex, Royal 60, Royal Universe, Edition 300 and Elegance.
Edition Elegance will be retired in January 2017.
Edition 11 orders usually run eight weeks. Orders placed by November 3, 2016, will require verification with Germany for the exact ship date.

As we are now selling the new Best Cattura and learning more about the installation and accessories, I am going to attempt to give you as much information in this e-mail, so that you can answer questions from the customers and installers. Best also has a technical hot line,
Accessories and Options:
- · The blower does not come with the Downdraft. It is an option that must be added. Either the internal (PF6), choice of External blowers, or choice In-line blowers.
- · The Non-duct kit must be purchase if your client wants to recirculate the unit (ANKD). The AFCD is the replacement filter and can be added as a convenience for the customer.
- · When using a Gas Cooktop, a trim seal must be added (ATKSD30. 36”, 48”)
- · Use a ATKD with ranges.
- · The ACRD is a surface mounted remote. It should be sold as an operating convenience for the customer.
- · If a PF6 is installed indirectly with 8” or 10” duct, then a front panel must be used (ACVP).
- · Use other duct accessories and transitions when going left, right, back, or down.
Use make-up air damper when called for. Fresh air wall caps are required for make
up air dampers.
- · Important, the installer does not plug in unit to a wall socket or power supply until the installation is complete and everything else is plug in. The unit has an orange tag on it to remind installers on connecting the power source.
- · When utilizing a Cattura behind a 48” range or a grill, use an EB15 blower and a Y shape transition (ATKD).
