An added gift option is now available under the Viking Buy One, Get One Promotion-just in time for the Holidays!  Customers can select one of the 6 different FREE Viking Products or, customers can select a 12-piece all stainless steel Viking branded cookware set.  This cookware set has an MSRP of $1,705!  So for those customers who have already decked out their kitchens with everything Viking, they can select this Free Cookware Set as one of their redemption choices.

How Cookware Option will be Fulfilled:  For customers who order the qualifying cooking or refrigeration package, they can select up to 2 FREE items per household (no change).  If they select products, the redemption process remains the same.  However, if the customer selects the FREE Cookware as one of their free gifts with purchase, they will need to complete and submit the attached redemption form, along with a legible copy of their purchase invoice.  Cookware is housed and will be shipped by ground from our Buford distribution hub.

California Faucets just held a webinar for all of us reps and discussed the ongoing implementation of the new software.Things are much improved and getting back to normal.  As an example, they are shipping 90% of all PC and SN orders within 5 days.MBLK (Matte Black) and BTB (Bella Terra Bronze) finishes are shipping within 10 days.  Customer Service communication is much improved and accurate.

PVD finishes are still taking a little longer as this is such a complicated process.The plan is to be back to the printed lead times by the end of the year.

The new website will be launched very soon and will have a dealer portal.While all of this work has been going on California Faucet has continued to innovate and bring new products to market.The attached New Product Guide shows new Brass Multi-Function Handshowers and Wall Brackets with an adjustable locking swivel.The advantage of brass handshowers is our ability to finish in all of our 28 artisan finishes.  A perfect match every time.All are instock, ready for shipment.

Holiday Closings

BLANCO will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday, November 28thand 29^th.

We will be closed for the Christmas and New Year’s holidays December 25^th, December 26^th and January 1^st, 2020.

Inventory Shipping Schedule

We will not be shipping December 9^th – December 11^th due to our annual inventory.  Customer Service will still be accepting orders and will be available to assist you during this period.

LTL orders received by 11/27 will ship before 12/6.
UPS orders received by 12/4 will ship before 12/6.

Shipping will resume December 12^th.  All orders received by December 16^th will be shipped by the end of the year.

The above mentioned shipping schedule is required in an effort to allow BLANCO sufficient amount of time to process your order prior to our year-end inventory.
