In response to the Corona Virus/Covid-19 escalation we are busy determining the best course of action to mitigate the potential disruption in sales and distribution. Our warehouse has been staffed up to prepare for a potential future shut down of a warehouse in our distribution chain. We are busy building items and scheduling transfers to replenish multiple warehouses.

It will be impossible to stock our entire catalog in each warehouse of our distribution chain. We have an action plan in place to minimize any disruption in our ordering process. We will keep you informed as to any potential issues that might arise in the foreseeable future.

We are recommending that if you have any projects scheduled out in the next month, to place your order and have the item on hand. It will become difficult to fill certain orders in the event of multiple warehouse closures.

Effective March 2, the Terms & Conditions for Riobel® products were updated to align with the Terms & Conditions for all House of Rohl® brands. Please find the new T&Cs attached.  A new price book for Riobel® will be published in June 2020.

Please also note that the Parabola™ Collection Price Book Addendum sent out on Monday, March 2, has been improved to better represent the shower valve options. See attached. To further simplify the shower selection process, we are also attaching separate Quick Reference Valve Guides.
