Bath sales have experienced a strong comeback after lower order levels in the especially Covid-affected months of April and May. Lead times are back to standard and we’re expecting a strong finish to 2020. We appreciate all our dealers’ support of Bertch now more than ever. Robern Lead Time Report

Shipments
Lead times were moved to 5 weeks for all product lines.
Exception: Vitality Mirrors (except for the 48” x 36” size) will be entered with a 2 week lead time.
Existing orders were updated with earlier lead times, to maintain their spot in the queue. New order confirmations were sent.  

Drop Shipments

We will no longer be offering drop ship.  

RGAs
You may ship back any RGAs that you had been holding. Please include the RGA # on the shipment.
We processed all RGAs already received (currently in-house at Robern).
 
Quick Ship Orders
We are currently not able to accept Quick Ship orders, while we catch up on orders received during the PA government’s mandated shut down. The Customer Delight Team will contact any customers placing a Quick Ship Order. We plan to resume on September 1st.

We are currently behind our goal response time of 48 business hours for all email boxes (currently at 72 business hours for one email box).
 
Glass Bins
The GLASSBIN8.5 and the GLASSBIN5.25 were delayed. We shipped out the last of the remaining open orders.

Please be advised that effective today, the Salem Mortise Entry Set is being discontinued and is no longer available. Additionally, the Mills Mortise Entry Set and the Lost Wax Cast Bronze Door Pulls are being discontinued with inventory. Available inventory of the Mills is currently limited to the US26 finish.
