Gerber Price Book Error – Floor Mount Tub Fillers

An error regarding the floor mount tub fillers in the 2020 price book was brought to our attention.
On page 34, the floor mount tub filler section should have read “Shipping early 2021” rather than 2020. This still remains true, as our goal is to begin shipping most styles of these tub fillers in the first part of 2021. As an exact date becomes more firm, we will share any important updates along the way.
We are very sorry for this error and the inconvenience and confusion it may have caused.
We know there are quite a few folks very excited about these products. We are so thankful for your support. We understand how frustrating this shortcoming and mistake is for some, so again, we express our sincere apologies.
Please know we poured diligence and care into preparing this price book with the genuine hope it would be a valuable resource to all our customers and always want to hear feedback on ways we can become better for you.
The page has been corrected and the price book has been updated in the footer of the Gerber website.

Waterworks Labor Day Holiday Schedule

In observance of the upcoming Labor Day holiday, the Waterworks Support Center and Distribution Center will be closing at 3PM ET on Friday, September 4th and will be closedthrough Monday, September 7th for the holiday.
Below are important cutoff times to note:
· Cutoff for PO order entry is Thursday, September 3rd at 6PM ET
· All PO’s received after Thursday, September 3rd at 6PM ET will be entered the following week
· All sample orders received after Thursday, September 3rd at 6PM ET will be entered the following week
· Cutoff for overnight and expedited delivery is Friday, September 4th at 11AM ET
As a company we will maintain normal business hours on Tuesday, September 8th.

Brasstech: COVID-19 – SEPTEMBER 1st UPDATE

Due to the Governor of California’s stay-at-home order all Brasstech facilities were temporarily closed on March 20th. In late April we began the reopening process with limited staff. Orders are being processed on a First In – First Out (FIFO) basis and lead times may vary depending upon the inventory status of particular products and finishes.
Effective on all orders received on or after September 1st, we are reducing the lead time on Readyship SKU’s to 1 week. Lead times on other SKU’s remain unchanged.
Newport Brass ReadyShip – 1 week
Newport Brass Non-Readyship – 10 weeks
Newport Brass Valves – 1 Day
Ginger – 1 week
