This change is being implemented to better manage lead times by maintaining a 4 to 6 weeks designation for higher volume finishes and increasing the lead time slightly on the more exotic finishes that are often more time consuming to produce.   

• 
  Urban Apron pricing – The storage Apron has been getting great buzz.  The simplicity of it seems to be confusing some folks.  The panel operates much like a medicine cabinet.  You press it to open and it closes securely with a magnet closure.  It’s a unique but practical and simple idea.  This customizing option is $895 list in addition to the cost of a regular panel apron.
• Brass Sawyer – We wanted to confirm that the brass surround is a satin, not polished, living finish.
• Painted baths – As you have seen, we highlight our color painting capacity in the new catalog.  We can paint both the interior as well as the exterior.  The finish is glossy. 

We do not currently have a matte finish.

• Pasadena House – The Pasadena House is an annual charity event in Pasadena, CA.  Americh provided the bath for the master.  A couple of photos are attached for you to use on your social media. You can also see it on Americh’s and Walker Zanger’s Instagram pages.  Walker Zanger (the major sponsor of the house) hosted a Zoom with the Designer and highlighted the master bathroom/bedroom to the 70 A & D attendees on the call. The bathroom is beautiful. The house is not yet open to the public but the design community is getting sneak peaks into the house.

• Unique Homes Magazine Zoom panel – I was interviewed by an Editor at Unique Homes Magazine about “Staycationing”.  They included a mention of ANEX in their Staycationing article (link following) and I will be participating as a panelist on a Zoom discussion they are hosting next Tuesday, Sept. 22^nd.  They have not yet sent over the meeting invite but the time they gave me was 2:00 pm EDT.  I’ll confirm when I know more.  http://www.uniquehomes.info/publication/?m=34444&i=672890&p=38&pre=1

• DPHA invitation to participate – Americh and 30+ other companies are participating in the DPHA Conference Showcase this year.  The Conference is getting a lot of attention that it might not have gotten before because of the virtual presentation.  The cost to attend is very low and of course requires no travel expenses.  Member companies – showrooms, manufacturer customer service teams and rep groups – are participating at a higher rate than ever before because more of their team members can participate.  The first link is a behind the scenes look at what a virtual Conference looks like (you can fast forward to 3:58 to go directly to the exhibit hall).  It’s a very cool concept.  Check it out.  The second is a link to the Conference Prospectus and registration info.

• New catalog – We are still hoping to have an initial quantity of the catalog printed soon.  At this point we are looking at mid to late October.

·         It is important for customers to know not to use cleaning agents containing hydrochloric acid, chlorine bleaching lye or acetic acid.  These can cause considerable damage to the finish of Hansgrohe  and Axor products.

I was informed there was an issue with the inventory spreadsheet I sent this past Tuesday. I’ve attached a new copy to this email. Please note:

1. Discontinued items – RED marked items (183 SKU´s). These products are NO longer available and there is NO stock in Cleveland and or Spain. Needs to be taken OUT of the system if you still have these active.
2. Phase Out products 2020 – These items are YELLOW marked (417 SKU´s) and have inventory in Cleveland. Sales will be accepted while stocks last. Once depleted the status will change to RED also. Please check for updates closer to ordering date as inventory is moving daily.
3. All other items are current (898 SKU´s) – We have included here 360+ NEW products and the balance is what we were carrying before. Some new products are coming in with the next container (Code 2020, Play 2020, Quick)  Epoque and Luce which were soft launched before is already in stock now.
