I  just wanted to give a heads up to everyone that our warehouse is taking 5-7 business days to pack and ship standard ground orders right now. As an example, a PO received today, 12/10 would be in the queue tomorrow morning. That order could potentially ship as late as 12/21. We are also limiting the amount of expedited orders we can take and I ask that you please reach out to Melissa or myself with any potential requests. We are prioritizing parts for 2-day and overnight right now.

Additionally, Fed Ex is not delivering overnight/2-day within the same time frames as pre-holiday. A delivery to a residential address could be delayed as much as 1-3 days from the shipping method selected. Please let your sales teams know so that we can set realistic expectations on delivery and not disappoint clients. We hope for a return to more normal time frames after the holidays.

I wanted to give everyone a holiday schedule update regarding Baldwin Hardware.

• Baldwin Hardware along with it’s parent Company will be closed for business the following dates:
  • Christmas – 24^th & 25^th
  • New Years – 31^st & 1^st
• I personally will be on vacation from 21^st returning the 4^th of Jan.

Just wanted to send this out as I know there’s been a lot of talk about refrigeration availability and solutions.  The PerfectCool has the same cooling system of the MasterCool, just is smaller in size and not true built-ins; they have to be installed into cabinets.  The line gets overlooked a lot but is great for making deals and offering a superior product over some of our similiarily priced competitors.  Also, all these products are currently available!

Attached is a copy of LG’s updated promo calendar.  This new calendar gives us visibility on pricing / retails through the Presidents Day promo (end of Feb).

As you can see there is not a lot of promo activity over the next 90 days, we will be working mostly off of LG’s new straight line pricing
