I just wanted to give a heads up to everyone that our warehouse is taking 5-7 business days to pack and ship standard ground orders right now. As an example, a PO received today, 12/10 would be in the queue tomorrow morning. That order could potentially ship as late as 12/21. We are also limiting the amount of expedited orders we can take and I ask that you please reach out to Melissa or myself with any potential requests. We are prioritizing parts for 2-day and overnight right now.
Additionally, Fed Ex is not delivering overnight/2-day within the same time frames as pre-holiday. A delivery to a residential address could be delayed as much as 1-3 days from the shipping method selected. Please let your sales teams know so that we can set realistic expectations on delivery and not disappoint clients. We hope for a return to more normal time frames after the holidays.
