On or about October 1^st, 2021 we are moving our operations from Williston, Vermont to the Seacoast region of New Hampshire (Portsmouth).

This strategic move is an integral step in our efforts to improve service levels, optimize logistics and supply chains and increase our capacity as we prepare for new and innovative products to join our portfolio of solutions.

The new Portsmouth facility will double our warehouse space, be better positioned and more accessible to key seaports and land transportation corridors, meaning we can operate in a more efficient and effective way. We are also building a new training center which will be open to provide expert product training to our customers and partners.

Work on the new facility has already begun and we expect little interruption during the transition period. We have successfully completed a limited number of order fulfillments to ensure that we can maintain our service levels throughout the move.

All contact information, phone numbers and emails will be kept the same, only our physical address will change. As we get closer to the completion we will provide further updates and any changes you need to be aware of. We look forward to sharing these new developments with you and sincerely hope you will continue to be part of the extended Myson family.

This is a reminder about the launch of the new Lift and Latch ISE mounting system.  On June 1^st, ISE announced the new Lift and Latch mounting system for disposers, stating the rolling change would take place in July.  Disposers with the Lift and Latch system will begin shipping shortly!

The ISE launch letter, new part number list and the Lift and Latch sell sheet are attached.  The model numbers and UPC codes are not changing, just the part numbers.  Hard copy sell sheets will be ordered as soon as they are available and will ship direct to you.

Contractor and PRO Series disposers will ship with the Lift and Latch system in July, with the remainder of the line to follow later in 2021.
