Waterworks Distribution Center Closing Early | Friday July 15

The Waterworks Distribution Center will be closing at 1:00PM ET on Friday, July 15th.   

The cutoff time for overnight and expedited delivery will be at 5:00PM ET on Thursday, July 14th.  

The Waterworks Distribution Center will resume normal business hours on Monday, July 18th.  

Please reach out to your Regional contacts with any issues that may require escalation.

Please see attached for replacements on the round washlet seats. These have also been added to Eclipse.

SubZero Updates – July 11, 2022

There are 2 updates attached. One reminds us that the Sub-Zero Group is phasing out 6” toe kick accessories for Sub-Zero and Cove. One tells us of a model change on the 60” dual installation kit for Classic Series. There is no price change.

Fairmont Clearance Product and Bundle Promo

Please find in the attachment an updated  “Fairmont Sale” Sheet- Items listed on this sheet are mostly clearance and phase out items priced at a reduced net cost

Also, attached is a “bundle promo” on the Oakhurst 36” w/ Cream Quartz Top. There is limited stock on hand – first come, first served

Inventory changes hourly.  It is always good to check stock before ordering.

Franke Flat Rate shipping and FFA freight terms

See attached flyer.  Due to increases in shipping costs nationwide, Franke has revised their Flat rate shipping charges and FFA terms effective 7/18/22.

Basco Customer Support Update

Basco is pleased to announce that effective July 7th, 2022, we will be implementing a new phone system and call center software. We are excited about this customer service improvement and want to make you aware of some new features and benefits:DIRECT CONNECT – 1-800-543-4541. This dedicated phone number will put you directly in contact with the Wholesale Customer Support Team. We encourage you to update your contact information to utilize this dedicated line.
AUTOMATED CALL BACK OPTION – If you choose not to hold or leave a voice message, you can select this option and receive a call back as soon as a Customer Support Team Member is available. You get to keep your place in line without being on the phone, while still receiving the quickest service possible. This can only be done from a phone number where an extension is not required.
1-800-45-BASCO (1-800-452-2726) has some new prompts. After selecting Basco Mason, option #1 will say, “If you are a Wholesale customer, please press 1”.  This will quickly direct you to the Wholesale Customer Support Team.
