“Basco Beat” – Lead Time Update and More

Important Lead Time Update
 
We regret to inform you that due to a delayed shipment, Rolaire & Rotolo Lux “Zero Threshold” models are currently unavailable. We expect this outage to be brief and hope to return to normal lead times very quickly.

For your convenience, here is a list of delayed models:

As a reminder, we are also still experiencing delays on our Fusion, Infinity & Classic single swing doors and door and panel models in Chrome, Almond, Bronze, Burnished Copper, Satin Nickel, Matte Black, and White. These models are still available in Brushed Nickel, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Brushed Bronze & Brushed Gold.

Reminder: Strata Glass is no longer available
 
Please be reminded that our Strata glass option is no longer available in any thickness or size. Please do not place any more orders for Strata glass, and kindly remove and discard Strata glass from your glass sample boxes.

Franke Finish Discontinuation

Josephine DiCristoforo cannot get any more FRANKE Storm samples any more because the finish is being discontinued.  If you have a Storm sample left please set it aside with a “DO NOT GIVE OUT” message. Future customers may need it for matching.

Below, you will find the most up to date lead times and product transition information. I have also attached this in the form of a pdf along with a couple of other resources that you and your sales teams will find helpful.
You will find below that our 36″ Commercial Ranges lead times have improved to 2 months on all new orders! This along with other categories are steadily improving. Always make sure to double check the specific SKU on the portal before placing an order, especially if your homeowner has a specific time frame in mind. 
Also, we need to get your floors updated with the newest models. Please send me SKUs you wish to have ordered at a display discount. If you want to work through which products you should add, please reach out to me and we can set up a time to discuss.
