Holiday Hours – Fairmont Designs will be closed Friday December 24 – Sunday January 2, 2022 in observance of Christmas and New Year’s. Reopening on Monday January 3rd, 2022. In addition, they will be conducting inventory Tuesday, December 21 – Thursday December 23rd. As a result their last shipping day will be Monday December 20^th.

Current Promotions and Sales 

• Product Bundles – Attached are updated Product Bundles. Toledo has now been added to the offering.
• Also attached is an updated inventory of Phase Out products and the “Fairmont Sale” with clearance items priced at reduced net costs by item.    

 Sub-Zero is experiencing supply chain shortages which has an impact on availability dates. Adjustments are schedule to be completed on December 3^rd in the ordering system. I recommend checking the availability dates on Friday and again over the weekend if possible.

   On the other hand, we should start to see reduced lead times on Cove and Wolf as they are ramping up manufacturing. (Exception being Induction & Dual Fuel Ranges)

Please note at this time the Waterworks Distribution Center is working through a large backlog of shipments.  As of today, Tuesday, 11/30, the shipping status is as follows:

·         Expedited shipments are current – we are shipping same day picks for overnight and second day service levels as per normal operations.  However please note expedited shipments require prior Regional Manager approval before being processed

·         Freight/LTL shipments are backlogged – we are currently working on orders that were picked 4 – 5 business days ago

·         Small package shipments (standard S01 service level) are backlogged – we are currently working on orders that were picked 8 – 9 business days ago

·         All remaining shipments will continue to be prioritized by pick date

We are continuing to work through the shipping backlog and will provide updates as they become available.
