Aker KDS Pre-Assembled Discontinuation
To create consistency within our product offering, eliminate confusion in the marketplace and drive operational efficiency at our Aker production facilities, we are streamlining the KDS family of multi-piece showers and tub showers.
Effective May 1, 2022, no new orders for the pre-assembled offer of KDS multi-piece showers and tub showers will be accepted.
Effective June 1, 2022, the pre-assembled offer of KDS multi-piece showers and tub showers will be discontinued. Any remaining unfulfilled orders will be transitioned to the standard configuration in knock-down, multi-piece packaging.

Swan “Black Galaxy” Color Discontinued
Effective immediately Swan’s Black Galaxy Color (015) is discontinued. This includes shower, bath, kitchen, and surfacing. Black Galaxy will remain a valid color offering for Swanstone material kitchen sinks.
Claybrook Interiors: 2022 Price Adjustment
See attached the 2022 Price Adjustment for Claybrook. You will find a flat freight program included with the pricing. I know Glen had briefly spoken to the team about scheduling pickup at our warehouse. You are more than welcome to do this to avoid the fee. My understanding is Dan receives a good rate with FEDEX Freight.
I will be sending a separate email regarding an update to our order operations. Our team has updated our terms & conditions and streamlined our approach to the order process. (Yay!).

Basco Supply Chain & LT Update
We regret to inform you that due to continued supply chain challenges, we are currently experiencing extended lead times of approximately 6 weeks for the 5500Rotolo Bypass Doors in both Clear (CL) and AquaGlideXP Clear (XP) glass in the 60″ W x 70″ H size. (Model numbers: 5500-6070CL & 5500-6070XP)
Regular lead times are currently available for all other size, glass and finish options for the 5500 model. We also recommend the 3/8″ Rotolo (RTLH-905) which is available in any of its size, glass and finish options at normal lead times.
Thank you for your patience as we work through these continued supply chain challenges. Our Purchasing Department is working diligently to procure the needed material as quickly as possible. We will notify you when these models are back to their normal lead times.
