Due to the increasing popularity of our Satin Brass (PVD) and Satin Bronze (PVD) finishes, coupled with some refinements we are making to our Satin PVD processes, we have unfortunately had to extend our estimated shipping times on our Satin PVD products.  We anticipate these delays to be temporary as we further improve the capacity of our PVD operation and work through the backlog.  For our most current lead times refer to our website’s estimated lead time page.

It is very important to steer them towards products that do not have harsh chemicals that can destroy a finish over time………………vinegar and water is the best (and cheapest) cleaner.

Once vinegar is used, wipe with clean damp cloth and enjoy the beautiful finish!   See flyer for vinegar instructions as well as approved products that will not harm finishes.

Delta Branded sink promo starts Saturday, June 1^st.   If you are eligible to sell Delta sinks, see attached promo pricing.    This Delta Branded sink promo will run from June 1^st thru August 31^st.

We have made a few changes to our pricing excel file. Please note that pricing in our printed brochures/literature is correct and is staying the same.
What we updated:

• Fixed errors with some prices on Cullen, Linden, and Floating Shelf SKUs.
• Updated CAD pricing as it was misaligned.

Section 1: Thermador Dish – Transition Planning & Pre-Order Update

As we approach launch of Thermador 2024 dish portfolio, please begin to utilize the launch pre-order that started on April 15th in place of existing skus – all skus are active & available to order in OnePortal.  

While this launch is pretty clean from a transition point of view, there are some skus that we anticipate selling out before the planned 7/19/2024 Start of Sales date.  We are turning off the ordering for those skus as they sell out, but please check your RDCs for exact stock levels. 

As of today, below is the forecasted run out status of the current lineup:

Baldwin Hardware has several new product launches planned for later this year.  Launches will include new Baldwin Estate levers and knobs and product enhancements.

In meantime, Baldwin Estate is announcing effective immediately a small product launch of an “ADA Compliant” thumb turn.  This is a relatively small product addition for Baldwin but one that is very important Hospitality, Multi-family, Mixed use, and Commercial applications. 

Now many of our showroom customers are residential focused.  I want to share a bit of info.  In the next 25 years the 65+ age community is set to more than double.  761M world wide to 1.6B by 2050.  This requires more ADA compliant options for unique residential options as well.

The new ADA thumb turn is called the TK010.  Its solid brass and available in all 14 finishes.

The TK010 will be available for Exterior Mortise, Interior Mortise and Privacy Bolt applications only.

We’ve set up several new sku’s ready to order now.

Finally, Baldwin’s product and marketing team is trying something a little new.   The marketing team has created an introduction PK video detailing the finer points, target customer and details for the launch.   Please send me an email if you would like to schedule a training on my next visit to your showroom.  The training video is 6 minutes and very quick.  Baldwin’s product team is looking to utilize these video as another means of introducing new future products.
