Baldwin Hardware has several new product launches planned for later this year. Launches will include new Baldwin Estate levers and knobs and product enhancements.
In meantime, Baldwin Estate is announcing effective immediately a small product launch of an “ADA Compliant” thumb turn. This is a relatively small product addition for Baldwin but one that is very important Hospitality, Multi-family, Mixed use, and Commercial applications.
Now many of our showroom customers are residential focused. I want to share a bit of info. In the next 25 years the 65+ age community is set to more than double. 761M world wide to 1.6B by 2050. This requires more ADA compliant options for unique residential options as well.
The new ADA thumb turn is called the TK010. Its solid brass and available in all 14 finishes.
The TK010 will be available for Exterior Mortise, Interior Mortise and Privacy Bolt applications only.
