The warranty would start when installed in the Customer’s home.  (1 year warranty, no cosmetic coverage, with one additional year with FCI)

We do not have the exact reason each unit is in Seconds.  However, the following is from Subzero regarding the legacy Classic units on hand:

“These units are deemed Factory Second due to a slight, non-repairable cosmetic defect (typically an interior dent/scratch on a non-replaceable component or feature). All Factory Seconds must pass testing to validate functionality of the system.”

As a reminder these units are 25% off displaying dealer cost. They are estimated to take a few weeks to ship.
