As we have been communicating Fairmont Designs is closing their bath division effective January 31^st 2024.

With the news, Fairmont still has some inventory that needs to be sold off and now just a few weeks to sell it off. Please find the below discounts on all products going forward.

A few points:

1) Discount structure starting today for all dealers: (see attached flyer)

50/50/20 (.20) for all orders

50/50/40 (.15) for all orders $5,000.00+ net 

2) Fairmont  will continue to accept, process and ship PO’s until January 31st, 2024, based on product availability.

3) All PO’s are subject to availability – there will be no back orders. Any orders that are received with sold-out items will be contacted asap. If you choose to change product mix Fairmont will need answers within one business day or all other products on order will be released.

4) Always a good idea to check stock before ordering, but it is on a first come first serve basis.

5) Orders for the S-200WH Undermount Sinks will only be accepted when ordered along with a corresponding quartz top. 

6) All orders are final. Fairmont will not accept any “customer error / regret” returns.

7) Fairmont will continue to warranty bath product for manufacture issues through December 31, 2024

8) Policies / programs such as IMAPP, Co-op, displays, etc. have all been suspended effective immediately. 

9) As stated in the letter while the bath division is being closed, Fairmont Designs as a company will remain in business. 

Miele has extended the rebates on dishwashers and laundry to run through 12/31/23!
