As the holiday season approaches, we would like to inform you of the order cut-off date for Artelinea products to ensure timely processing before the Christmas closure.

The final date to place orders for standard Artelinea products is November 22nd, 2024. Orders submitted by this date will be processed and scheduled to leave Italy for shipping prior to the holiday closure and will still meet the standard ETA of 14-16 weeks.

Please note: Items such as Domino Legno vanities, framed mirrors, and Regolo counters require a 6-week production time. Orders including these items are not subject to the November 22nd cut-off and must be submitted earlier to meet your desired timelines.

  • Products identified for deletion in 2025 have a deletions effectivity date of 2/1/25. 
    • Note, the deadline to order any of these target deletions and guarantee shipment is 11/1/24. Orders placed after this guaranteed order date will be at risk for fulfillment.
  • Moen will make every effort to fulfill orders placed after that date.
    • If we do not have available inventory your customer will be contacted by their Customer Service representative.
    • Moen will continue to take orders for all deleted products until all inventories have been depleted.

• Reminder:
  • November 1st is deadline to guarantee an order delivery of a “T” (Trim Only) SKU.
    • All orders will be changed to a “TV” (Trim + Valve) SKU after November 1st.
  • Any existing job quotes have been flipped to a “TV” SKU to include the Valve + Trim together.
