These lead times represent the guaranteed delivery benchmarks based on our current capabilities. They will be reviewed and updated monthly to ensure you have access to the most accurate information. While these are the lead times we commit to meeting, please note that internally we are actively targeting lower lead times as part of our continuous improvement initiatives.

Key program updates include:

• Quick Ship Program: We remain committed to a reliable 72-hour turnaround as our current guarantee, while our internal targets aim for a more aggressive 24-hour turnaround as we further optimize our processes.
• Expedite Program: Although this service is currently temporarily suspended as we focus on essential operational enhancements, this is not a permanent change. We are actively evaluating the timeline for its reinstatement and will keep you informed of any updates.
