Please note that WETSTYLE factory will NOT be shutting down this summer for the customary Quebec construction holidays.

Factory staff do have summer vacations and holidays scheduled, however, the factory will remain open and producing this summer.

Our current lead times are four weeks on bathtubs, sinks, shower bases and furniture. Call for lead time on specific models of interest.

We’ve updated our Returns Policy.

 

We are updating our Returns Policy effective September 1, 2017, and want to share the details with you.

These important updates will provide you with an improved level of service as we will be able to monitor our product quality, packaging and shipping performance. These changes will give us the ability to routinely conduct audits and quickly identify areas of improvement.

The following is a summary of the important changes, for your convenience. We recommend reviewing the document in its entirety.

Return Policy Highlights

  • Products ordered with Commercial SPA pricing or marked as Special Order, Non-Cancellable or Non-Returnable cannot be returned for any reason
  • Our restocking fee will be 50%, plus cost of return freight
  • No product can be returned after 8 weeks from ship date
  • No returns will be accepted without an RGA number issued by Swan
  • Goods must be returned within 30 days after RGA issuance
  • Goods must be in resellable condition

Moving a factory and personnel 1433 miles from Simi Valley, California to Round Rock, Texas while constructing our new World Headquarters has been a monumental journey. However, the migration has provided opportunities that will provide you our customers even further separation from competitive offerings.

Let’s begin with our world class laboratory which contains four fully functional steam rooms ranging from 140 cubic feet to 1100 cubic feet with a separate data acquisition center. The acquisition center captures the myriad of testing data to provide constant improvement in longevity and performance of our products. This provides us with enhanced ability to experiment, inspect, analyze, verify and probe, which enables us to continually raise the standard of the product provided to the industry. And, we are fully committed to constant improvement, and leading!

In the history of steam generators, we are the originators and no one else has made history more frequently, more consistently than ThermaSol. Year after year we have been at the forefront of innovation, and the pinnacle of luxury… all through the depth of our engineering. ·        We’ve added to our engineering staff nearly doubling the department with a new mechanical engineer, hardware engineer, and a software engineer.

·        Engineering is working on new technologies and products which will build on the Android technology that we use in the unrivaled ThermaTouch control. Stay tuned, we will be unveiling new developments this fall at DPHA.

Later this year we will be starting small group plant tours; however, should you be coming to Texas and be in the Austin area we invite you to come by and tour our headquarters.

 

LACAVA News

This week LACAVA is delighted to feature our evolving line of faucets. This year we have committed to offer new finishes in addition to new products. Select faucets are offered in matte black, brushed gold, polished nickel, brushed nickel, and of course, polished chrome. Most of our faucets can also be LEED compliant with the simple swapping of an aerator. For more details, please check out our faucet lines preview.
