Update to Swan Return Policy Effective September 1, 2017

We’ve updated our Returns Policy.

 

We are updating our Returns Policy effective September 1, 2017, and want to share the details with you.

These important updates will provide you with an improved level of service as we will be able to monitor our product quality, packaging and shipping performance. These changes will give us the ability to routinely conduct audits and quickly identify areas of improvement.

The following is a summary of the important changes, for your convenience. We recommend reviewing the document in its entirety.

Return Policy Highlights

  • Products ordered with Commercial SPA pricing or marked as Special Order, Non-Cancellable or Non-Returnable cannot be returned for any reason
  • Our restocking fee will be 50%, plus cost of return freight
  • No product can be returned after 8 weeks from ship date
  • No returns will be accepted without an RGA number issued by Swan
  • Goods must be returned within 30 days after RGA issuance
  • Goods must be in resellable condition
