I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. I just wanted to reach out with a reminder of the current transition of all “1000 series” U-line product over to the new “1 Class” product. I have attached a transition sheet to help better illustrate the transitions from old to new. Please reach out to me if you have any questions!

Robern Customer Delight Team

• We are currently between a 24-48 business hour response time for three email boxes and a 96 business hour response time for one email box.

Cartesian, Profiles, Cartesian Freestanding, Profiles Freestanding, Curated Cartesian – 30” W Tip-Out (or a configuration including a 30” W Tip-Out Drawer)

• We are currently unable to produce the 30” W Tip-Out drawers (single drawer or part of a larger configuration). We expect to be able to ship all open orders by December 23^rd.

R3 Series – 16” W x 26” H

• New orders for the R3 Series 16” W x 26” H might be delayed up to two additional weeks beyond the normal 2 week lead time.

M Series Arch Medicine Cabinet – 24” W x 30” H

• We are currently unable to produce the M Series Arch Medicine Cabinets – 24” W x 30” H. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by December 11^th.

Profiles – Medicine Cabinet – Polished Nickel – 30” H

• We are currently unable to produce the 30” H Profiles Medicine Cabinets in Polished Nickel. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by early December.

Main Line Medicine Cabinets and Mirrors – Brushed Nickel, Satin Nickel, Brushed Bronze, Brushed Black

• We are currently unable to produce the Main Line Medicine Cabinets and Mirrors in the Brushed Nickel, Satin Nickel, Brushed Bronze, and Brushed Black finishes. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by December 18^th.

Vitality Mirror – YM4836RGFPD3P

• We are currently unable to ship the YM4836RGFPD3P. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by December 1^st.

AiO Medicine Cabinets

• Due to increased demand, we are experiencing approximately a 1 week delay on AiO Medicine Cabinets. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by mid-December.

Vitality Medicine Cabinets

• Due to increased demand, we are experiencing approximately a 1 week delay on Vitality Medicine Cabinets. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by mid-December.

Freestanding Cartesian, Profiles, and Legs

• We are currently unable to produce the 30” legs. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by the end of November.

Classic and Inspire finishes, Profiles vanities, and stone tops are back to a 4 week lead time.

All other cabinets, wall mirrors, vanities in the Essentials finishes, lighting, and glass tops are back to a 2 week lead time. To review standard lead times, visit here.

I’ve attached an update communication from Baldwin Hardware’s management team regarding Baldwin Estate official stated lead-time reduction from 12 weeks to 6 weeks.   You should see this reflecting on all new order acknowledgement starting today. 

Additionally, we have been aggressively rebuilding Estate’s Quick Ship safety stock levels within our warehouse.   You should be able to see inventory on Baldwin Express rise immediately now that the backlog is back to normal.   You will start seeing many of these items ship within the normal 3 day Quick Ship window.  WE expect to be at 100% safety stock levels starting 1/4/2021 on all 1700 sku’s (including the cabinet hardware, hinges, general hardware) on this program.

Baldwin Reserve is currently running at 12-14 day lead-time.  I am expecting an official update sometime in the next week or two.  More to come.
