I am excited to pass along information related to the Baldwin Estate Preconfigured and Quickship program.  

The existing Quickship program will be back up and running at 100% 1/1/2021.  Most of the sku’s have already recovered and are in stock now and shipping quickly. 

The Baldwin team has been working on a project to expand the current Baldwin Estate “lock in box” preconfigured program.  The main goal was to expand Baldwin Estate most popular styles and finishes in a much quicker time frame and easy to order.

This new expanded program will go live Jan 19th. 

The new preconfigured program will include:

• 25 knobs and 38 levers styles
• Passage, privacy, half dummy and full dummy functions
• Functions will include
  • Preselected rose style
  • 2-3/8” latch
  • Adaptor
  • Spindle for 1-3/8” – 1-3/4” thick door
  • Full lip strike
• Various finishes depending on style
• All sku’s will be on Baldwin Estate’s Quickship program – 5 days
• All sku’s will be stocked in our KS distribution facility

Additionally, Jan 19^th Baldwin is adding several new product to the existing Quickship program

• Tremont Tubular Handleset
• Hollywood Hills Tubular Handleset
• 20” Minneapolis & Hollywood Hills Mortise Trims
  • Cylinders for 1-3/4” &  2-1/4” thick door available on Quickship program
  • Mortise locks 2-1/2” and 2-3/4” backset available on Quickship program
  • Thick door kits up to 2-1/4” available on Quickship program
• The new Contemporary Entry Knob and Entry lever
• Touchscreen Electronic deadbolt and Handleset combinations
• Various finishes available of each sku

The new Quickship program will represent Baldwin’s 4000+ bestselling Estate styles and finishes.   All in stock and ready to go Jan 19^th.  All sku’s ship in 5 days.

The next couple days I will be sending out hard copies of the new Quickship catalog and some flyers to put in your Baldwin binders.

I  just wanted to give a heads up to everyone that our warehouse is taking 5-7 business days to pack and ship standard ground orders right now. As an example, a PO received today, 12/10 would be in the queue tomorrow morning. That order could potentially ship as late as 12/21. We are also limiting the amount of expedited orders we can take and I ask that you please reach out to Melissa or myself with any potential requests. We are prioritizing parts for 2-day and overnight right now.

Additionally, Fed Ex is not delivering overnight/2-day within the same time frames as pre-holiday. A delivery to a residential address could be delayed as much as 1-3 days from the shipping method selected. Please let your sales teams know so that we can set realistic expectations on delivery and not disappoint clients. We hope for a return to more normal time frames after the holidays.
