Waterworks Memorial Day Holiday Schedule

In observance of the upcoming Memorial Day holiday, the Waterworks Distribution Center will be closing at 3PM ET on Friday, May 28th and will be closedthrough Monday, May 31st.
Below are important cutoff times to note:
· Cutoff for PO order entry is Thursday, May 27th at 6PM ET
· All PO’s received after Thursday, May 27th at 6PM ET will be entered the following week
· All sample orders received after Thursday, May 27th at 6PM ET will be entered the following week
· Cutoff for overnight and expedited delivery is Friday, May 28th at 10:30AM ET
As a company we will maintain normal business hours on Tuesday, June 1st.

- We are starting to produce the Profiles Medicine Cabinets – 48” H – Matte Gold. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by the end of May.
M Series Medicine Cabinets – 20” W x 30” H – Arch
- We are currently unable to produce the M Series Medicine Cabinets – 20” W x 30” H – Arch. We expect to begin shipping again by the 1st week in June. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by the 2nd week in June.
Vitality – 24” W x 30” H Mirror – Column Lit
- We are currently unable to ship the YM2430RCFPD4. We expect to begin to ship by the middle of June. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by the 3rd week in June.
Vitality – 30” W x 40” H Mirror and 24” W x 40” H – Perimeter Lit
- We are currently unable to ship the YM3040RPFPD3 and YM2440RPFPD3. We expect to begin to ship by the end of May. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by early June.
Sculpt – 31” W x 41” H (Slim) and 33” W x 43” H (Chamfer) Mirrors and 25” W x 41” H (Slim) and 27” W x 43” H (Chamfer)
- We are currently unable to ship the above sizes in all finishes (Chrome, Polished Nickel, Matte Gold, Matte Black). We expect to begin to ship by the end of May. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by early June.
Glass Bins
- We are currently unable to ship the Medium and Large Glass Bins. We expect to begin shipping again and back to our normal 2 week lead time by the beginning of June.
Swing Out Magnification Mirror
- We are currently unable to ship the SOMM. We expect to begin shipping again by the 3rd week in May. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by the EO May.
M Series Push Kit
- We are currently unable to produce the M Series Push Kit. We expect to begin shipping again by the 3rd week in May. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by the EO May.
Profiles Mirror Ganging Kit – 24” W x 30” H
- We are currently unable to produce the Profiles Mirror Ganging Kit – 24” W x 30” H. We expect to begin shipping and back to our normal 2 week lead time by the EO May.
Classic and Inspire finishes, Profiles vanities, and Engineered Stone Tops are at a 4 week lead time.
