JUST MFG – NEW PRICE LIST
| Just Manufacturing Company has worked hard to hold the current pricing levels. However, due to the continuing rise in the costs of our domestically sourced raw materials and the continuing increases in freight costs, we find it necessary to adjust pricing at this time. Effective October 16, 2021, Just Manufacturing will have an average price increase of 10% across select product categories. In preparation for the effective date, please click on the button below to access the new price list. All orders received after October 16, 2021, that are not price protected by a specific quotation will be priced at the new prices. Please contact your area sales representative regarding the price protection terms for any specific projects that are extended beyond October 16, 2021. 2021 MTI Price File Update – DoloMatte
On October 18, 2021 MTI will be introducing an innovative, new and exclusive solid-surface material we call DoloMatte™. It is an American-made true solid-surface slab made of a specialty polymer blended with ground minerals that is consistent in color and property. The surface is non-porous, durable and impact/shock resistant. It is UV-, stain-, mold- and mildew-resistant. Also easy to clean, maintain and repair.
At this time only our Designer freestanding tubs and low-profile shower bases will be available in DoloMatte.

Blanco Critical SKU List 10/19
Here is an updated critical SKU list from Blanco. As you can see the list is getting smaller and the dates are getting better. Blanco as mentioned had Germany ramp up on Blanco America SKU’s and so new order lead times are dropping. They do still have a large backlog and will be working through those back orders through the end of the year. The good news there is light at the end of the tunnel and we should see improvements going forward. Obviously the material will need to be received in New Jersey once it gets through the ports and they expect to start seeing containers arrive to start filling back orders that are the oldest in a couple weeks.
If an item is not listed that does not mean it is in stock but has dropped below what they feel is a critical lead time. Please continue to have everyone use the Sync stock check or contact Donna and I for accurate availability dates. I would especially suggest this with the Holidays approaching and every year people are trying to finish projects and we do not want to assume anything is available without checking first.
