Please see the new Viking Spiff program that also was effective August 1^st. The spiffs have been increased on Viking products to coincide with the new, improved consumer promotions. If a current spiff was $50, it’s going up to $75. If currently $100, it’s going up to $150, etc.

     Due to Covid-related supply chain issues, we’re unfortunately encountering some unexpected delays by the Italian suppliers that provide key components of our kitchen line.  Please note the following:

• We are postponing the launch of our new La Spezia K55 kitchen faucet until further notice.  

• Estimated lead times for all other kitchen faucets* (K10, K30, K50, K51) will be extended 6 to 8 weeks beyond standard estimated lead times.  This applies to both existing and future orders. Please note that the delays are approximate and that individual orders may be delivered earlier or later than expected. 

                We sincerely apologize and are working with our vendor partners to remedy the situation as swiftly as humanly possible.  Please know that we share your frustration of ongoing supply chain issues.  It is a challenge that we continue to devote tremendous resources towards addressing.  Your understanding and patience is greatly appreciated.

*Applies to main and prep faucets only.  All accessories are currently unaffected.

Below is the most updated container schedule for non-stocking items. Please ensure your teams are aware of the below schedule. This will be the last container we will receive at our US warehouse before the end of the year. As a reminder, the estimated non-stocking lead time of 16 weeks is based off the container schedule below and not when you place your order. I am excited to share that my now fiancé proposed on July 4^th. The wedding is set for October 23^rd, 2022. I will be out of the office October 24^th through November 4^th. Before my vacation time, I will share details on the parties to contact in my absence.
