–           closed 12/20/22-12/23/22- for physical inventory-(will have a customer service agent answering the phone/orders can be placed and will be  processed but will not ship)

–           closed 12/26/22 – 01/02/23 in observance of the Christmas and New Year Holidays-(orders can be sent to Fairmont-but will not start being  processed until they re-open on January 3r^d-you will not receive the automated reply that your order was received until they re-open)

There will be no shipments from Fairmont from December 20^th thru January 2^nd

2022 has been a great year for us, and we’re so thrilled you’ve been a part of it. With continued growth, comes the need to modernize our internal systems to best serve you. We have invested in a large system update to ensure a smoother, faster, and easier HVLG experience. Due to this update, our systems will be down from December 1st through December 6th.
What does this mean for you?

• HVLG will not be able to ship new orders during this time.
• All orders must be submitted by November 30th at 2 pm EST/11 am PST to ship before our system update deadline. Our goal is to ship all in-stock orders placed before this time.
• Our website will still be available to view product details, stock status, and pricing, but we will not be accepting online orders.  
• You can track existing orders on hvlgroup.com. We cannot guarantee orders placed on 11/30 will be available for online tracking through our website.
• We cannot accept payments or returns.
• Our wonderful Account Management team will still be available to resolve any issues, but please note they are working with limited capabilities.
• Once our updates are complete, we will have a brand new, state-of-the-art system and website.
  • Don’t worry, the website will have a new look and feel, and be smoother and faster, but the same functionality will exist. You will also see a new “My Account” page where you can easily track orders, submit payments, and begin the returns process.

As a reminder, the HVLG offices will be closed for Thanksgiving from November 24-25. Our offices will open again on November 28.

Attached you will find our current/inbound inventory report, updated daily on our Miele Dealer Portal. This report now features 2023 UMRP pricing in column “I!”

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:

• Inventory levels shown are as of this morning’s start of business.
• We are not taking new orders on dish yet—I will update everyone as the situation develops.
• Unless the unit is physically in stock, we cannot guarantee ETA’s provided by the dealer portal due to the continuing global supply chain disruption and congestion at our inbound ports .
• Availability will change and fluctuate as a result of orders and stock movements throughout the day.
• The inventory available is determined by the warehouse that serves your location:
  • OH & KY pull from our NJ warehouse.
  • IN accounts pull from our IL warehouse.
  • Orders can only be fulfilled out of your designated warehouse location.
• The report that I am attaching has been slightly edited to show the most relevant information.
• Incoming units shown are available as of this morning—more accurate ETA’s will be shown when reviewing an order before submitting.
  • If there is no date provided, we are 11+ weeks out due to demand exceeding capacity and U.S. ports currently behind by 4-6 weeks.
