Jenn-Air Limited Price Increase Effective 1/1/2018

Please find the attached the Jenn-Air price sheet that has your cost as well as UMRP pricing that goes into effect 1/1/2018. These are only on specialty skus around $70 – $100. Categories include:  Built-In Coffee, Microwave, Ice Maker, Trash Compactors, Undercounter Refrigeration, Ventilation, and Warming Drawer. This is for your internal use only.
Also note that all orders that have not shipped by 1/1/2018 that has the price increase, will be repriced at the new 1/1/18 pricing level when shipped and invoiced in 2018. Please plan ahead and order appropriately giving plenty of lead time for the orders to ship.
 
One new product added is our new Under counter 15″  Ice Maker with Articulating Hinge – Model # JUIFN15 and JUIFX15. I have attached the preliminary spec sheets and will be providing more sales training and information later this year.

MAAX MAP Price Increase Notice!

Please review the attached price increase letter.  Please disregard any letter you may have received prior to this one.

This is a 5% price increase for MAP sheets and Job Quotes ONLY, effective Dec. 18, 2017.  There is no increase on multipliers for Aker, Professional, or Collection.

The dates of the current Price books are:

IMPORTANT!!! New Swan FFA Requirement!

Effective January 1, 2018 Swan will be increasing the Free Freight minimum order amount from $2500 Net to $3000 Net.

This is a new American Bath Group policy due to the increase in shipping costs.

I am writing to inform you that Victoria + Albert has been acquired by Fortune Brands Home & Security, a leading U.S. consumer products company with four operating divisions in the cabinetry, plumbing, entry door and security segments. Victoria + Albert will join its Global Plumbing Group (GPG), a portfolio of plumbing brands that includes Moen, Riobel, ROHL, Perrin & Rowe and Shaws of England.

Edward Davies will continue to lead the business as managing director.  Generally, we anticipate that other team members at the company as well as locations will also remain in place.

We view this acquisition as a positive step forward for both Victoria + Albert and the GPG businesses. Our people, brands and business will not change, but we will have greater opportunity to expand our product lines and geographic reach just as we have done over the last two decades. We also have the opportunity for wider distribution through channel relationships via other GPG brands:

  • We will continue to offer the same product assortment and styling that has made Victoria + Albert successful.  In fact, Fortune Brands will help Victoria + Albert continue to introduce new products to the market.
  • Our business and brands will continue to exist, distinct from the other GPG brands.  We will maintain our focus in markets where Victoria + Albert has strength.  We will also have the opportunity to expand to existing and new geographies.
  • There will be no change in how you place orders as a result of the change in ownership.  Current phone, email and fax lines will remain unchanged.

CAL FAUCETS DIVA E2 SERIES DISCONTINUED

Due to severely poor and chronic non-performance by a manufacturing/design partner, we have no choice but to discontinue the sale of our Diva E2 Series.  Fortunately, we have been able to fill most of the remaining open orders of Diva, but there are still a few that we are struggling to complete. AMI 2018 Price Catalog & New Products

​Our 2018 price catalog will be available in November and going into to effect December 1st, 2017. To make pricing different categories easier for you, we have adjusted our categories as follows.

  • Alabaster will be 17% more than Marble/Solid.
  • Ironstone and Tyvarian will be 45% more than Marble/Solid or 24% more than Alabaster.

The 2018 catalog includes the following new products:

  1. A 2” vanity top edge #1006.5 on Page 4.
