We just want to let you know that Bertch has discontinued the ML-03 Metal Leg because it has been discontinued by the manufacturer.
There are no plans for a replacement at this time.
If you have the ML-03 leg on display, let us know which other metal leg you would like to replace it with (ML-02 or ML-05) and we will order it for you at no charge. If you have a sample of it or it is on your display board, please remove it.

We are excited to announce a new Waterworks Quick Ship Report meant to assist your sales teams in quickly identifying Waterworks families that are currently in stock and available for quick ship (report attached above). Each report will feature a specific Waterworks family or families with both fittings and accessories in a specific finish and handle type that is currently in stock and available for quick ship. Our expectation is that any orders placed for items on this report will ship out right away, otherwise availability could change if an order is held from shipping. As with anything stock related, please be sure to verify stock quantities are available with your Waterworks Project Coordinator prior to placing any orders. Please note that this tool is an internal reference guide only and should not be emailed or shared with clients.
We will communicate this report via email each week as well as posted to your Boutique Partner Communication Page on the WIN portal.

Dear Valued State Water Heaters partners,
This communication is to inform you of the factory’s plan to retire the SANDBLASTER SELF CLEANING model SBD100-199NE. This model was created many years ago, as an answer to a competitive replacement opportunity, which has by now, run its course. The model 100-199NE and the 100-199NET are so similar, that it is inefficient to continue to manufacture both, when the vast majority of our volume is now going with the NET.
So, our plan is to discontinue manufacture of this model within the next 90 days, or as soon as all orders have been filled. Please place any final orders for this model by December 14th, for normal lead times.
