When a new employee begins his or her first day, they are placed in the company’s onboarding program for a designated period of time. So my question is, are you placing your new customers in a similar program to help ensure a smooth transition into your company? If not, why not?
Onboarding new customers is a great way to reaffirm to them that they made the right decision, and it also prevents buyer’s remorse.

By now, you may have received a letter from Bertch regarding a price increase, if not a copy is attached for your records.
The price increase will be 4.25% effective March 2, 2019.
The printed List prices in our catalogs and in 20/20 will remain the same, ONLY the multipliers will change. To calculated your new multiplier:
OLD MULTIPLIER x 1.0425 = NEW MULTIPLIER
So for example,
.335(OLD) x 1.0425 = .349 (NEW)

In an effort to decrease overstock product prior to the end of the fiscal year, Waterworks will be having a virtual Lighting & Hardware Warehouse Sale. This sale will run for 2 weeks, beginning Friday, January 11th and ending Friday, January 25th. The sale will be hosted on a new website which will go live this Friday: www.waterworkswarehousesale.com.
This sale is focused on select Lighting and Hardware. Other product including select furnishings and sinks will be featured as well. These products are all overstock items and are not featured on Luxury Bath for Less.
*Attached is a listing of all product available for all clients to purchase. We have included the applicable discounts from Trade and List pricing. The sale prices will be the same for all clients, yourself, homeowners, and trade clients. Please note there are 4 separate tabs on the spreadsheet indicating Hardware, Lighting, Furnishings & Fixtures. No additional discounts on top of the sale price will be applied.
Because these are overstock products, there is limited inventory to sell at these sale prices. Once items are sold out, there will not be an opportunity to buy at the sale price. Items will be removed from the site once an item has sold out.

The sale will also be included as a secondary story on all Waterworks corporate emails that are deployed during the 2 weeks of sale. We will also be featuring digital ads for the sale on waterworks.com.
Open Quotes and Orders:
You will need to adjust your wholesale pricing on all POs for items on sale that you wish to purchase. Again, there are no additional discounts on the sale prices listed (including wholesale, trade or employee). No PO’s received after the sale dates will be honored with sale pricing. No PO’s will be accepted for items that are sold out.
Your Regional Manager can provide a list of all open quotes to you by tomorrow.

As a reminder Fairmont Design’s has retired the below collections and tops:

Also, the 1526-V6021D and 1526-FV48 – Homestead 60” double and 48” Farmhouse have been discontinued. The rest of the collection will remain active.
Fairmont might have some inventory within these retired collections. If you are interested in purchasing any retired item please call Fairmont or reach out to me to check stock before ordering.
