Through this portal access is already available for current pricing, spare part price lists as well as digital catalogs and brochures.
Attached is a 2 page SIMPLE INSTRUCTION to further understand the new order status check feature. If you need additional information on an order once you have checked the status – CUSTOMER SERVICE is able to see additional details in the system.  This would provide if the item failed final inspection, is waiting on a component piece, or is being reworked, to give some examples.
