Just wanted to let you know that Blanco is making progress on the new warehouse management system and once everything is resolved shipping lead times will be back to normal and better. As of today Blanco is reporting that LTL & full truck orders are shipping in 3-4 weeks and parcel orders are shipping in 3-5 business days. As I am updated I will pass along the information.
Blanco has also implemented new packaging so that single sink shipments that go UPS are less likely to arrive damaged. Attached is an update on the progress of the new packaging.
The Blanco 1-2-FREE promotion is running. Remember that is sell a sink and a faucet the order ships freight free and the attached gives you a FREE accessory with select products.
Finally, There a few items that have extended lead times. The attached critical sku list shows which products are extended and date that they should be back to normal.
