AMI: A Few Friendly Reminders…

Just wanted to send out a few things to please keep in mind when ordering:

  • Price Increase will take effect tomorrow, September 1st. This does not affect your existing orders or already submitted quotations. 
  • Emailing your orders is our preferred method of receiving them. Faxed orders have some downfalls, such as the quality of the faxed copy doesn’t always come to us clear and sometimes doesn’t come to us at all. This is why we ask that you please send your orders over to us via email.
  • You should always receive an order acknowledgement shortly after submitting the order. If you do not notice an acknowledgement was sent after a few days, please reach out to be sure your order was submitted and received. 
  • Each order submitted should be accompanied by our AMI order forms. These forms ensure all the necessary information is not missed, if filled out entirely. Thus, there are less questions for you on our end which gets your order in our production queue more quickly. These order forms can be found in the back of our sales books, and can also be downloaded from our catalog found on our website.  Please refer to pags 31-38 when submitting your order. PDFs also attached
