TOTO USA COVID-19 Update & Product Availability Updates

1.) On July 13, 2020, we were forced to temporarily close our Morrow production operation until July 23, 2020

All other TOTO USA operations are continuing operating including one of our two porcelain production facilities and both our east and west distribution and logistics operations are open for business as we continue, uninterrupted to ship product to the market

WASHLETS

• Washlet production has been increased by 30% over last year but due to social distancing in the plants manufacturing has been a bit slow.
• GOOD NEWS! The majority of Washlets should be removed from allocation in September as we should have stock sometime between end of July through mid August. If you have specific models you would like to ask about, please let me know.

TORNADO TOILETS * check inventory list for what is in stock currently

• Legato , Aimes, Aquia IV WL+  production will be slower on these models
• Promenade II should be up and running by mid August
• Nexus & Soiree should be in good stock
• Drake II elongated front we should see in stock end of July/beginning of August
• Drake II round front may be approximate 6 week lead time

NEW ULTRAMAX

• Most items should be ready by end of July.
• Lead time approximately 3-4 weeks

 DRAKES

• Legacy Drakes: allocations through Sept are estimated with the exception of the 10″ rough in-they will be a longer lead time. 
• The tanks will ship with the bowls.
• Total supply volume has improved.

ENTRADA

• Four week lead times on most sku’s
• TOTO has increased production due to demand.

ECO POWER 

• Please review the attached sheet as to what is in inventory.
• A few parts have supply issues due to the high capacity of orders and requests but we are working extra hours to alleviate the volume.
• TOTO invested in new molds to increase supply volume.
• EFV’s check stock but lead times range 2-3 weeks.

COMMERCIAL CHINA

• Due to the high demand and the India factory shut down expect long delays on lead times-approximately 9 weeks
• LT221#01 lead time is approximately 4-6 weeks
