Attached are the New January 1st 2019 AGA-Marvel-Heartland Price Books.
Listed below is a schedule of when purchase orders must be submitted and when it has to be shipped, prior to the new January 1st price books.
- December 28, 2018 – all new orders placed by 12:00 noon (EST.), will be processed and shipped December 28, 2018, under the current price book.
- December 28, 2018 – all new orders received after 12:00 noon (EST.), will be processed and shipped under the January 1, 2019 price book.
- December 28, 2018 – all open orders with current pricing must be shipped or the order will be changed according to the January 1, 2019 price book.
The only exception to this are legitimate items on back-order from the factory (e.g. colored finishes, etc.). Once a Back-ordered item is received by Middleby Residential, the dealer will be notified to schedule delivery within 7 – 10 days. Items not released within this timeframe are subject to the January 1, 2019 price book.
