In observance of the upcoming Holiday, the Waterworks Support Center & Distribution Center will be closing Friday, May 25^th at 3:00 p.m. EST and will be closed through Monday, May 28^th.

Below are some important notes:

• The cut off time for all shipments will be at 12:30 p.m. EST on Friday, May 25^th.
• All PO’s received after Friday, May 25^th at 3 p.m. EST will be entered the following week.
• All Waterworks showrooms will be closed on Monday, May 28^th for the Holiday.

The company will maintain normal business hours on Tuesday, May 29^th.

Ronbow continues to have vanities, tops, sinks and other items in production, shipping out from the factories, in transit, and arriving in stock.
Click on the file links below for the updated inventory list for Ronbow and Ronbow Essentials as of May 18, 2018.  These files show specific quantities in stock and ETA’s for incoming stock.

This past week, we received more product – including Genova vanities, Laurel vanities, and Rebecca vanities along with more countertops and side-splashes and backsplashes. Three more containers are leaving the factories today – and will include the following (and many more):

• 36″ Amora Vanities in Navy
• 30″ Lexie Vanities in White
• 36″ Genova Vanities in Sable Elm
• Significant quantities of ceramics sinks and tops
• Bryant Mirrors in White

Ronbow continues to fill back orders on a steady pace, and the Customer Service Team is processing as much as possible each day and week.
