Stephen says when trust goes up in a relationship, on a team, in a company, in an industry, with a client, or with a customer— speed goes up with it and cost comes down.
Everything happens faster and everything costs less because trust has been established. That’s a dividend – a high trust.

| Hello, Please see below from Gerber. Gerber has redesigned the shower diverter valves to install more like the Treysta Pressure Balance Valves. There was no issue with the previous version but this is manufactured to work specifically with the Treysta. The D130500BT that you have used is now D130510BT and is actually less money, list went from $154.00 to $118.00. These are in stock and ready to ship. |

Effective May 16, 2022
Despite Basco’s best efforts to absorb the
continued increases in freight and fuel charges,
and after additional significant review of the freight industry
and its impact, we find it necessary to update our Simple Freight policy..
This update will take effect May 16, 2022
The most notable changes are
- The net purchase order amount required to receive free freight has changed from $750 to $1,000.
- East of the Rockies, the fee for net purchase orders under $1000 has changed from $100 to $125.
We continue to encourage and recommend the use of Basco trucks for those of you along the current routes. Should you have any questions regarding these Simple Freight program changes, please contact any of your local BWA South Team members.
