The Speed of Trust
If you have had the opportunity to attend any of my training sessions, you have heard me say that people buy from people who they know, like, and most importantly, TRUST.

Stephen Covey’s book, “The Speed of Trust,” definitely makes that point.

Stephen says when trust goes up in a relationship, on a team, in a company, in an industry, with a client, or with a customer— speed goes up with it and cost comes down.

Everything happens faster and everything costs less because trust has been established. That’s a dividend – a high trust.
