Native Trails Freight Change

Thank you for your partnership as we continue to navigate the highs and lows of these changing times. Our industry has not escaped the cost increases in shipping, both in terms of overseas freight as well as dramatic increases in overland shipping due to the rising cost of diesel fuel. In order to better align freight cost with our freight program, we are updating our freight terms effective June 1st.We are suspending our FFA program.LTL shipping rates will change as follows:
FLAT RATE SHIPPING: Orders that ship LTL on a standard pallet (other than bathtubs and LTL kitchen sinks) are shipped at a per standard pallet flat freight rate of $275 in California, $350 elsewhere in the contiguous United States, and $375 to Canada. Bathtubs incur an additional cost of $150 each. Purchase Orders may not be combined for flat rate shipping.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING FOR LTL KITCHEN SINKS: Most Native Trails kitchen sinks ship via ground. The few that must ship LTL, as noted in the price book, incur a different flat freight rate, when shipped alone. A single LTL kitchen sink and drain/bottom grid is shipped at a flat rate of $175 in California, $265 elsewhere in the contiguous United States, and $330 to Canada.

Please note, we are maintaining the current pallet rate for those Native Trails kitchen sinks that ship LTL.Page 2 of your Native Trails Price Book will need to be updated with these new terms. Q: What is the warranty?
A: Moen 3 year limited warranty against leaks and finish defects to the original consumer purchaser. 1 year warranty if used in commercial installations.
Q: Where are the bidet seats and electronic toilets made?
A: China, using the same suppliers as Moen China for these categories.

Electronic Toilets:
Q: What is the rough-in requirement?
A: Minimum of 12” (30.5cm) from center of drain hole to water supply line
Q: What are the electrical outlet requirements?
A: Grounded outlet 120V AC on a minimum 10A circuit
Q: How does the tankless water heater work?
A: Tankless heating means instant heating. The water heats up in 1-2 seconds as it passes by the heater and is endless as opposed to tank reservoirs that the competition uses.
Q: How does the toilet flush?
A: There is a water tank inside of the toilet. The water transfers and fills the bowl through the side outlet nozzle. A pump and water distribution valve siphons the water out through the siphon outlet nozzle.
Q: Is the flush cycle based on time or flow?
A: It is based on time. The machine program controls the opening time of the flushing electric valve to limit the water volume for flushing.
Q: Are the eToilets pressure assisted?
A: The flushing is carried out by pumping of water from the water tank through the water pump without additional auxiliary pressure.
Q: What is the flow rate?
A: 1.0 gpf (3.8 lpf)
Q: Are the eToilets Watersense certified?
A: Yes
Q: Do the eToilets come with a battery back-up in case the power goes out?
A: Only the ET2200 model has the battery back-up.
Q: What is the nozzle material?
A: ABS for waterway covered by corrosion resistant plate
Q: Are the eToilets ADA compliant?
A: Yes
Q: Are the eToilets comfort height?
A: Yes

Bidet Seats
Q: What are the electrical outlet requirements?
A: Grounded outlet 120V AC on a minimum 10A circuit
Q: Do all of the bidet seats need electrical outlets?
A: No, there are 2 models (EB500-R, EB500-E) that don’t require an electrical outlet. With that, the water is not heated.
Q: What is the nozzle material?
A: EB500-E, EB500-R, EB800-E- ABS (dual nozzles), all other models have stainless steel with ABS waterway.
Q: Why does the bidet seat release water when I sit down?
A: The cold water needs to purge from the nozzle waterway to prevent cold water spraying from the nozzle during initial use.
Q: Are the bidet seats ADA compliant?
A: Yes, all models are with the exception of EB1000.
