A: Moen 3 year limited warranty against leaks and finish defects to the original consumer purchaser. 1 year warranty if used in commercial installations. A: Minimum of 12” (30.5cm) from center of drain hole to water supply line Q: What are the electrical outlet requirements? A: Grounded outlet 120V AC on a minimum 10A circuit Q: How does the tankless water heater work? A: Tankless heating means instant heating. The water heats up in 1-2 seconds as it passes by the heater and is endless as opposed to tank reservoirs that the competition uses. Q: How does the toilet flush? A: There is a water tank inside of the toilet. The water transfers and fills the bowl through the side outlet nozzle. A pump and water distribution valve siphons the water out through the siphon outlet nozzle. Q: Is the flush cycle based on time or flow? A: It is based on time. The machine program controls the opening time of the flushing electric valve to limit the water volume for flushing. Q: Are the eToilets pressure assisted?
