Reminder: Because our product is custom “built-to-order,” not mass produced, these lead times are estimates. Therefore, while we usually ship faster than the estimated time, occasionally unforeseen circumstances may cause the time to be exceeded. 

The reduced lead times are especially gratifying for us because they represent the hard-won fruits of many strategic investments in our factory, our operations and, most importantly, our people. I was going to announce these improvements over a month ago, but I wanted to be extra sure we’re doing this consistently and that it can be sustained for the long haul. Please note that we evaluate our lead times based on actual factory performance data. We are not making “pie in the sky” promises, but rather are confident in our data-driven commitments. 

Even more exciting is that we expect all our lead times to continue to drop further in the coming months as our investments continue to pay off. 

Only a handful of other companies in the world produce custom “build-to-order” faucets (i.e., any spout with any handle in any of more than 25 artisan finishes).  But only one can do it at scale, with unrivalled speed and friendly customer service:  California Faucets. Moreover, these lead time improvements make the choice between artisan product and mass-produced product an absolute no brainer. It begs the question:  Why would any luxury-minded customer buy mass produced product when they can get award-winning luxury artisan product swiftly?

Answer: They wouldn’t.

Big reminder for you to look at your open orders or quotes now to protect against price, rebate, and program adjustments before June 30!   
I will not have the new programming and price changes until 7/26/23. (I expect the Consumer Rebates to roll over with some rebate amount reductions and some targeted price reductions on award winning indoor/outdoor line of under-counter products) 
We expect the net result in the July 1 adjustment is NOT to raise prices overall since since we have great supply chain relationships, costs are stabilizing, and strong True growth continues with increased demand for our residential products… not to mention post pandemic efficiencies.  

I was able to get approved a special SPIFF incentive for your team. This is on all new booked sales between now and September. See attached it is for all the all gas range options. All the special extras for custom options and including hoods are included as well. $600-$1000+ on one range is very doable right now in a SPIFF.

I know 360 incentives isn’t always the easiest to work through so as you have issues please send them to me to help get them worked out. They pay the fastest so that is the main reason we use them to handle all our spiffs. I am sorry for frustrations with them as they happen but hopefully this incentive is exciting for you.

Keep in mind we just lowered the RCS ranges $800 off the sell prices. We also have our rebate program $750 back on any two items. So if a customer buys a RCS range and our hood they can get $1550 off the normal prices. WOW.

LG will be hosting virtual training sessions on their new laundry products next week Monday through Saturday.  They’ve planned these at varying times throughout the day to try and accommodate everyone’s schedule.

Each link is unique for the date and time specified, but I imagine the training will largely be the same, so there’s only a need to attend 1 of these sessions.
