See attached communication from Baldwin’s marketing and product team regarding the immediate discontinuance of the 4308 cabinet knob. The supplier that made the 4308 cabinet crystal knob for us can no longer produce it consistently. For those that do not recognize the part number, it is the crystal knob that is shaped like a flower.
We will be posting the communication on Baldwin Express. The Baldwin Customer Service team are also going to be reaching out to any customers with open orders.

As a follow-up to our email sent to you earlier this month, attached are two versions of Acorn Manufacturing Company’s New Price List in Excel format, which becomes effective September 15, 2018. Please note that a significant number of our products have actually decreased in price, while some have increased and some have remained the same. For your convenience, one version reflects all of the changes highlighted in yellow and the second version does not. Waterworks Holiday Schedule – 8/31 & 9/3

Good Afternoon,
In observance of the upcoming Labor Day holiday, the Waterworks Support Center and Distribution Center will be closing at 3:00pm ET on Friday, August 31st and will be closed through Monday, September 3rd for the holiday.
Below are some important cutoff times to note:
- Cutoff for PO order entry is Thursday, August 30th at 6 pm ET.
- All PO’s received after Thursday, August 30th at 6 pm ET will be entered the following week.
- Cutoff for overnight and expedited delivery is Friday, August 31st at 11 am ET.
- All sample orders received after Thursday, August 30th at 6 pm ET will be entered the following week.
As a company we will maintain normal business hours on Tuesday, September 4th.
