Brass legs with knurled fittings support the components and are available in aged brass, polished nickel and matte black. Custom brass finishes are now available, including polished chrome and gunmetal
This single drawer wall mount cabinet supports the Ventus 36” Bath Sink. Available in Carrara Marble, as shown, or Antique Gray Limestone. Includes push-to-open soft close undermount glides with internal brackets for surface mounting into blocking or framing, 36” x 22” x 14”H.

This unique pedestal design features the texture of raw quarried blocks of stone. A powder coated iron bracket bridges the curved span of Nero Marquina marble to support a vessel sink.
We recommend combining the pedestal with our CP-20 Bronze Ore Vessel (shown here) or the CP-02 ST Stainless Steel Vessel.

Baldwin Upcoming Product Launch
I hope everyone is staying healthy and safe.
I wanted to take a minute and give you a sneak peek at a couple NEW Baldwin Handleset Expansion’s in the Estate family. The expansion launch is planned for later this summer.
First, the expansion of the existing Minneapolis mortise trim to include 20” long Trim plate. The current Minneapolis Mortise trim is 16”. The new 20” trim will be capitalize on the recent launch success of the Hollywood Hills trim length and one of our most popular contemporary trims in the Estate family.
Second expansion will give consumers a tubular handleset option with one of Baldwin Estate’s popular mortise trims, the Tremont. The tubular Tremont will be a nice addition to the existing Estate Tubular Handleset families.
There will be a limited amount of sku’s that will be stocked and part of Baldwin Estate’s Quickship family. Those items are highlighted in blue font in the attachments.
I’ve included an expansion brochure and customer launch presentation. Pricing, specs, available photos are all included. A link is available at the end of the presentation that will take you to all available photography.

AMI Lead Time Update
Good Morning!I hope this email finds you and your family safe and well.
We have had several inquiries about our current lead time; and while we cannot give specific dates, we wanted to let you know how we are operating during this time.
- Current and new orders are a MINIMUM of 8 weeks out from date of order
- We are still not doing any installations
- We will continue to measure on a “per job” basis – if our salesmen or measurer feel comfortable going out.
Due to COVID-19, we still have 1/3 of the staff we normally operate with. We are working as hard and quickly as we can to complete orders, but we hope our valued customers understand these unprecedented times we are in.If you need to cancel an order, please let us know. We completely understand you needing to meet deadlines as well.
