I wanted to give you a heads up, we will be releasing a price adjustment the first week of April. There will be an estimated 10% increase on our products. More details will be released this month regarding the adjustment and an updated freight program.  

If you have any questions regarding the current pricing, feel free to contact me directly. I will be setting up meetings directly with the operations/purchasing teams of each dealer to review a new set of procedures we will be implementing. We have taken all dealer feedback to heart and have streamlined our processes.

Below is our most recent container schedule for Non-Stocking orders. We do have (2) Opus 1800’s in Dover White and (1) Opus 1600 in Dover White at our warehouse in Dallas available for immediate shipment. These normally have a lead time of 16 weeks.  

As a reminder, we are discontinuing the below products from our stocking program. These have a 30% discount on them. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Order Process Includes dealer signing off on Proforma Invoice and Claybrook receiving payment for non-stocking order. 

The US is experiencing unprecedented delays with containers being checked in at Ports due to COVID-19.

Arrival times are only estimates, and can vary. 

* Non Stocking orders require an upfront 50% non- refundable deposit to start production of the product.

We are not able to support the Silver Screen, Smoke Screen, and Ocean finishes for warranty replacement, as the glass cannot be produced. New orders also cannot be placed, as Silver Screen and Smoke Screen were discontinued on September 1, 2021, and Ocean was discontinued on February 1, 2022. If you need design assistance to help suggest other finish options for new orders, please reach out to the Customer Delight Team.

Classic and Inspire finishes, Profiles vanities, and Engineered Stone Tops are at a 4 week lead time.
