This is a friendly reminder that our warehouse will be closed for our annual inventory count on January 2nd and 3rd, 2024. While our offices will remain open to enter new orders, please be advised that the warehouse will not be processing or shipping orders during this period.

This probably looks more intimidating than it really is! A summary of attachments is listed below with any changes of note:

1. Consumer Promos – Viking BOGO instant rebate – no program changes dates extended Jan – June 2024.  Lynx Mail-in Cash rebate has been extended thru September 2024.
2. Personal Use Program – we added Tradewind. 
3. Updated Dealer Display program for 2024.  Slight changes in display discounts for a couple of the brands.  Added Masterbuilt and Josper to the matrix.  Note: Tradewind has confirmed that they will still honor the FREE DISPLAY cabinet, when ordering the 5 pieces listed.  Simply add the display cabinet on the same PO as the hoods listed for N/C. 
4. Freight Terms – No changes from this year, only the dates were updated. 

We are getting to close to the end of the year and I am sure shipping and receiving will be difficult. I anticipate this will be the last week to order and receive products in 2023. Anything ordered this weekend or next week, will most likely show ETAs in early January.
